Briony's potatoes three ways

Mash potato:

Ingredients -

  • Potatoes
  • Salted utter
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper

Microwave your potato for 5 minutes, and then slice in half.

Push the cooked potato flesh through a oven grid.

Add butter and a glug of milk, and season with salt and paper.

Crisps:

Ingredients -

  • Potato skins
  • Any oil
  • Salt

In a bowl, throw your potato skins in and add oil and salt and mix.

Put them in the air fryer for about 12 minutes on 180.

Chips:

Ingredients -

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper

Soak your potatoes for about 30 minutes to remove starch.

Chop into chips, toss in oil, salt and pepper, pop in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes on 180.
