Anna's World Cup Pork Pies

It's as easy as pie! Anna made two variations to show the versatility.
Here are the ingredients:
Recipe 1:
- 4 sausages with the skin peeled off
- 150g pork mince
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1tb of chopped rosemary
Recipe 2:

- 1tb tomato paste
- 1tsp fennel seeds ground
- 1tsp chilli powder
- 1/2tsp salt
- In this case, Anna opted for shop-bought puff pastry to make the recipe even easier.
- To cut the pastry into circles, Anna used a round 6cm cutter.
- Now you're ready to add the filling! Once you've spooned in a little amount, fold the pastry around the ball and close up the parcel to avoid any nasty explosions.
- To glaze the pies, Anna used milk, but you can use eggs if you can get your hands on them.
- Then you bake them at 180 degrees for 18 minutes - and you're ready to tuck in whilst watching the game. Enjoy!
