Jemma's Easter Tiffin

RECIPE:

Ingredients

β— 100g butter

β— 200g milk chocolate

β— 200g dark chocolate

β— 300g biscuits

β— 100g crunchy chocolate bars

β— 100g gummy sweets or raisins or nuts

β— Extra Easter treats for decoration

Method

1. In a large bowl, add the biscuits and crush. You want to see a mixture of bigger and smaller pieces.

2. Add the crushed up chocolate bars and gummy sweets and put to one side.

3. In a medium sized pan, add the butter and melt over a low heat.

4. Then add the chopped chocolate and melt until all is combined.

5. Pour this over your biscuit mix and mix until combined.

6. Press the mixture into a basking tray and add extra treats on top.

7. Set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
