Charming, flirtatious and with boyish good looks, Will Noble can get away with anything. Laid back, relaxed and never one to sweat the small stuff, he doesn’t look like any other harried stressed ED doctors that we know. His carefree attitude however makes him a fantastic paediatric specialist, never needing to change the way he is in order to be “down with the kids”. They relax around him and he’s able to get the truth out of them whilst making the whole experience seem fun. He’s a real life Peter Pan.

Will is a terrific doctor, even if his reasons for becoming one weren’t entirely selfless. He wanted to be a doctor for three reasons: It’s an impressive job, it pays well and he can save people’s lives (in that order). It’s not that he’s completely selfish – he just knew the job would make for a great ice breaker… in a bar. He loves the ED because to him it’s a playground. You never know who will walk through the doors and with what. And critically unlike other departments, quite often people do get better and walk back out. When that happens – he’s winning.
