On the day a report reveals a serious decline in Britain 's common moths, Grant Sonnex enters the mysterious, nocturnal world of the moths, and the people dedicated to celebrating and saving them.
For many of us, most moths are little brown fly-by-nights that all look alike.Ìý Grant is shown moths with exquisite patterns and glorious colours which so seduced the pioneer naturalists of 300 years ago they gave them poetic names.
