Many an unwanted or injured animal has Denise to thank for finding a happy home, including a West Highland Terrier called Mousse who she adopted herself. Mousse was a much needed addition to Denise’s personal life. Both of her children have fledged the nest and her husband is almost equally absent, spending most of his time on long bicycle rides.
Originally employed by Alistair in 2004, there was mention of her being moved to Felpersham when Lovell James took over in 2016. Thankfully she remained working in Ambridge. She clashed with Jakob when he joined the practice but now they get along even though Jakob still finds her organisation systems to be “idiosyncratic”.
