Below are the results a Higher PE pupil obtained when completing a questionnaire as part of a baseline testing week.

Applying the technique
- Read the question(s) first:
- your answers must refer to the mental factor.
- you must relate your answers to performance within an activity or activities.
- you must follow the process of identify, implication and impact for analyse.
- Now look at the results provided. The following buzz words provide clues on different mental factors:
