Llewelyn's experience shines through in these three songs and their mellow rock style makes them a pleasant listen.

Llewelyn are from Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth and have been together for three years. All members are experienced musicians who have played previously with other bands.

All songs are written by Paul Johnson and arranged by Llewelyn; influenced by a variety of artists and bands. Newspaper reviews have used early Radiohead, David Gray, Travis and Coldplay as comparison in an attempt to categorize the original sound and style of the music of Llewelyn.

Llewelyn regularly perform live, both at local venues and festivals; and in London; these venues include the Camden Falcon, the Bull & Gate, Borderline, 12 Bar Club, and have been regular supporters of the Songwriters' Showcase at Corks, Oxford Street, and the Chingford Festival, over the last 3 years.

Llewelyn say that they play and perform with "passion and expression, that both welcomes and inspires the listener, showcasing the songwriting talents of Paul Johnson, and the strengths of the bandmembers as a whole."

Steve, Thurlton
Saw Paul heading Llewelyn last night at Eastern Haze. I was blown away by the unique sound of this band and in particular Pauls excellent and gifted singing voice. Outstanding, thanks for a great night!

Mark (Seaward) Lowestoft
Damn, not only can the guy's play football but they are a fantastic band! Paul do you have an album, if so i'll take one, nice refreshing sounds just the sort of thing I like, will have to get to one of your gigs, see u Thurs!

Rachel, from Great Yarmouth
Saw these guys play at the Dolphin festival in Somerleyton on Saturday evening and they were incredibly good. The singer's got an amazing voice and the band are really tight. Borkalork's already said it - catch Lewleyn if you get the chance. Their brilliant. I'm defo going to Eastern Haze now to see them there.

The Borkalork
wahey! up the Llewelyn etc....Finally some recognition, Paul Johnson on the beeb, blimey charlie! It's a great shame that bands aren't signed on talent because Llewelyn would have been snapped up years ago...oops,..erm, well about 3yrs ago ;) It's a real shame that a band this talented can only be heard in little pubs & clubs & not on national radio. 1st class songs & lovely people to boot. Catch them live whenever possible, you won't be disappointed.

The Belle of Lowestoft
Blimey, someone's toppled Aaron Short and his insipid soul choon from the top of the unsigned charts! Well done Llewelyn. Like the song too and agree with the other comments about the voice - very strong. Hope they're as good live.

Ben, from Gorleston
