Mrs Tembe has very high standards and loves to disapprove! Laziness and complacency disgust her.
Originally from Botswana,ΜύMrs TembeΜύhas been in the UK for ten years.
Mrs Tembe is very formal and doesn't use her Christian name, neither does she allow work colleagues to use it.
SheΜύis very active in her community and church. In her opinion, is the ideal doctor; the others just don't come up to scratch or meet her standards.
Life hasn't been too easy for Mrs Tembe. She has suffered racial abuse from her neighbour Trevor, which resulted in her leaving her job at The Mill and heading back to Botswana. When she returned, all of the staff at The Mill were pleased to see her again, with the exception of temporary receptionist Lauren, who went out of her way to make Mrs Tembe's life hell. In a heated exchange, Mrs Tembe wished Lauren dead... little did she know that later that night Lauren would be killed.
