The Trust has published its service review of Â鶹ԼÅÄ Red Button.
Our review, launched in September 2009, had two broad aims: firstly to assess how well Â鶹ԼÅÄ Red Button is performing against the commitments set out in its service licence, and secondly to consider the service's future direction and determine whether any changes to the licence are required.
We developed our findings using a range of methods, including a public consultation in autumn 2009 which received around 5,600 responses from licence fee payers. Our review has found that Â鶹ԼÅÄ Red Button performs well in many respects but that its future development will need to take account of many changing factors.
