Governing the Â鶹ԼÅÄ

The Trust is the governing body of the Â鶹ԼÅÄ. We make decisions in the best interests of licence fee payers and protect the independence of the Â鶹ԼÅÄ.

We do this by setting the Â鶹ԼÅÄ’s strategy, approving how and where the licence fee is spent, and by reviewing the performance of all of the Â鶹ԼÅÄ’s services, both public service and commercial.

The Â鶹ԼÅÄ’s Royal Charter and Agreement set out the rules and regulations by which we do our job. More information on these documents, as well as the protocols and policies that support our work, can be found at the links below.
