Ava Vidal
Ava became well known after appearing on E4's Kings of Comedy in 2004 as part of comedy group The Urban Sketch Show.
Ava began performing stand up in 2003 and in her first year of comedy she was a finalist in the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ New Comedy Awards, where she finished third.
Aged 21, Ava worked as a prison guard at Pentonville prison. She left her job at the prison to pursue a career in comedy and says that working in the job was good training for dealing with hecklers.
She is known for her controversial sets which include her strong opinions on race, class and gender.
Ava has appeared on various other shows including The Last Laugh, Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ 2's The Sack Race and Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow.
