Terms & Conditions

'Let's Dance for Sport Relief' is a five part Saturday night entertainment show for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ One hosted by Alex Jones and Steve Jones.

On behalf of Comic Relief, each week top British celebrities will take to the floor to dance their version of some of the world's favourite and most iconic dances.

Our celebrity dancers are not required to have had any formal or previous dance training.

There will be five performances per show. The dances will be performed in solo, by duos or in groups. Two acts from the first four shows will go through to the final show - which will be broadcast on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ One on 17th March.

Each week, the audience will vote for their favourites and the act with the most votes will have a guaranteed place in the final. The judges also have a chance to put an act through to the final by picking their favourite from the first two runners up.

"Let's Dance for Sport Relief" will raise money through the audience votes, which cost 50p from a BT landline with 36.5p going to Sport Relief.

Let’s Dance... will be broadcast on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ ONE on Sat 18th Feb, Sat 25th Feb, Sat 3rd March 2011, Sat 10th March with the final taking place on Sat 17th March.

On each one of the first four shows, five acts will perform in front of a live studio audience and a judging panel. Once all acts have performed, the telephone lines will be opened and viewers will be able to vote. After the lines close, the act with the most public votes will be announced. That act will go automatically through to the final. Also, the panel will select one from the first two runners up (from the public vote) to join the overall winning act in the final.

In the unlikely event of a tie:

between two acts with highest number of votes from the public, both acts will go directly to the final, no runner up will be selected to join them

between more than two acts with highest number of votes from the public, the panel will decide which two will go through to the final;

In any other situation where it cannot be determined by the public vote which are the first two runners up, the panel will decide which act will join the winner in the final.

During the final, eight acts who made it through, will perform in front of a live studio audience. The telephone lines will be opened as announced and viewers will be able to vote. After the lines close, the winner of "Let's Dance for Sport Relief" will be announced.

In the unlikely event of a tie in the public vote for two or more acts with the highest number of votes, the judges will select the winner from the acts in the tie.
