Michelle lives in London with her husband Eddi and baby Noah. She juggles motherhood and sewing around her job as manager for Centrepoint charity, where she helps young homeless people find affordable housing.

Sewing is in Michelle’s blood - her gran was a seamstress and used to make wedding and bridesmaid dresses, and she passed her knowledge on to her granddaughter. Today if there’s anything she doesn’t understand, Michelle refers to You Tube and says it’s important to learn sewing by your mistakes.

Michelle loves scouring the fabric shops around Brixton with her mum. Sewing enables her to create clothes to fit her hour glass figure and she likes the fact that no one else will be wearing her unique creations.
