Bulgarian clarinettist Marian Bozhidarov is the winner of the Whitgift International Music Competition 2017, winning a Headmaster’s Scholarship to Whitgift School and Junior Guildhall. Two years later he won another full scholarship to study clarinet with Andrew Marriner at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Marian’s debut on the London stage came when he played Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto with the RPO at Cadogan Hall in March 2018.
