Maidenhead United: Chairman not expecting more departures

Maidenhead Chairman Peter Griffin doesn't think many more players will leave this summer.

The club have lost Sam Barratt and Harry Pritchard to League One clubs in recent weeks, but Griffin doesn't think it will be a trend that will continue.

"I'm not worried," Griffin told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "In both Sam and Harry's case, we knew several months back... that they'd be going.

"I don't want to tempt fate but I think that's hopefully pretty much it.

"A vast majority of last season's squad are under contract for this coming year."

And Griffin has made it clear that he expects the club to remain part-time for the foreseeable future.

"At the moment we'll stay part-time, I do monitor the situation and see if we do need to change things.

"The idea is to be the top part-time team in the country."
