Draw Your Album: Twin Atlantic
were today's guests as continues throughout September. The lads gave us a pretty cool set and afterwards we nabbed them to show off their skills with Draw Your Album.
However, Sam McTrusty's only got a Fine Art degree, so we expected big things and he didn't disappoint!
So they had a challenge on their hands in recreating the GLA album cover.
It was clear from the get go that Sam was a pro and was gonna take his sweet time - but he felt pressured to do a proper job so his bandmates wouldn't rip him.
And he was REALLY going for it. The effort was rather impressive.
Around 10 minutes later and he was STILL going. We've never seen anything like it.
Eventually Craig stepped in to wow us with his arty wizardry.
After three days of solid graft, it was complete - HURRAH! And after they'd all signed it we squeezed them together for the cosiest if group photos.
A masterpiece, we'd say. There's even shading - HOW AWESOME IS THAT?
