"They complain about us and we complain about how badly our bodies are aching."

But despite all the talent on this year's show, no one has stepped up with an amusing name for the group.

"The name needs improving," he admits.

"It's not called Strictly, it's called SCD2016, so we need suggestions of how to improve out WhatsApp group name."

He is expecting no more mercy from group members than he is the judges and that the celebrities will leave the chat as they leave the show.

"You probably have to remove yourself, say "this has been great guys"," he says.

"I think Naga Munchetty started it off actually.

"I know Naga, if it was me being eliminated she'd say "This has been fun. See ya!""

Ore, who says he has been a fan of the show since the first episode, also revealed the secrets of the men's costumes. Shants.

"They don't like creases on the men's shirts so they stitch you into your pants. We cal them shants," he tells Nick.

"They have shirts that are directly combined with pants, like a jumpsuit that ends at the undercrackers. It's a whole new world."

At least he has something to hold everything together, in case the nerves get the best of him.

"I am genuinely nervous," he admits. "When I was in the Strictly ballroom for the first time it was properly real.

"Then the band strikes up and you start telling yourself "This is not for you, you comfort zone is in a different room. Head that way."
