Dan Walker presents live coverage of the crucial Championship match, with Cardiff hoping to upset long-term leaders Queens Park Rangers.
Neil Warnock's Rangers beat Cardiff 2-1 at Loftus Road in November, thanks to a wonderful winner from the Championship's Player of the Season, Adel Taarabt. Cardiff, who last played in the top flight almost 50 years ago, will take a big step towards the Premier League if they exact revenge this afternoon.
Commentary comes from Steve Wilson and Mark Bright.

So You Think You Can Dance continues tonight as Cat Deeley and judges Nigel Lythgoe, Arlene Phillips, Louise Redknapp and Sisco Gomez lead the search to find Britain's favourite dancer.
Training with world-class choreographers and working across an array of dance styles – lyrical hip hop to disco, commercial to jazz and Broadway to ballroom – the top 20 dancers take to the floor hoping to impress the judges and win valuable viewers' votes.
Performing in couples for the first time, the contestants are eager to make a good first impression, and so avoid being forced to dance for their place in the competition. The pressure is on, as tonight one boy and one girl will take their final bow and dance their way out of the contest, forfeiting their chance to dance in Hollywood and take home the Β£50,000 prize.
