Your little one can fill in the letter to Santa, ticking if they think they have been naughty or nice this year, as well as writing their Christmas wish list. Post their letter using the downloadable envelopes (and see if Santa responds!). You can then download the Nice List Certificate pdf, sent straight from the desk of Santa Claus, and watch your toddlers face light up as you present it to them.

Letter to Santa template: 

Download the so you and your little one can write a Christmas Wish List to Santa. Your child can have fun filling in this letter to Santa with prompts and questions to make it easier. After your child has written their letter to Santa, they will be excited to post it! You can download and print this , then fold the paper along the lines to create an envelope for the Santa letter to go in.  

Nice List Certificate from Santa:

Parents! Has your child been good this year? If Santa has let you know (by way of secret elf signals all the way from the North Pole!) that your child has made it onto the Nice List this year, then Santa asks that you , personalise it with your child's name, and then give it to your child on his behalf. Just think of yourself as one of Santa’s little helpers! Your child will be so pleased to receive a certificate from Santa to show they are officially on the Nice List! 

Does your child love Hey Duggee? Download the for your little Squirrel to write a letter to Santa, and let them decide whether they have be 'nice' or 'naughty' this year with the guidance of Duggee wrapped up in Christmas lights! 

Once the Santa letter template has been filled in, you can use this  that has a Christmas badge on it(!) to post your letter to Santa, A-WOOF! 

When it get's closer to Christmas (and if you get the go-ahead signal from Duggee-Santa), then you can print and personalise this  to give to your child to let them know the exciting news... that they have made it onto Santa's Nice List! 

If your child wants to write their own letter to Santa, you can , and use the tips below to help your child write the best letter to Santa this Christmas. 

1. Before you even start writing your letter to Santa, you could play some music from the CBeebies Christmas songs playlist, and have a little dance in a Christmas jumper if you have one to get in the festive spirit!
2. List the gifts you would like Santa to bring you in order of preference, but it’s important to ask politely!
3. Remember that Santa has to gift presents to all the children across the world. So he might not be able to bring you what you asked for, but Christmas will still be a fun, festive celebration!
4. Include your name and address in the letter - Santa receives lots of letters every year and will need to know how to deliver your gift to you! 
5. Santa likes to hear about all the good things you have done in the year, so that he can add you to his Nice List! Tell Santa all the good things you have done!
6. You can ask Santa anything! How about asking if you made it onto the Nice List this year? Or, you could ask how the elves in the North Pole are getting ready for Christmas?
7. If you like to be creative, you can draw Santa a picture to add in the envelope when you send it to the North Pole. Enjoy using silly spray and paint in the Creative Lab game, where you could draw a reindeer and tell Santa which reindeer of his is your favourite! 
8. You could also ask Santa what your favourite reindeers favourite snack is so that you can leave some out for when they visit on Christmas eve.
