I’m pleased to say that today sees the launch of the

Over the last three months my colleagues and I have been working to bring you a set of features that will help you to enjoy Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ radio on this platform.

These include listening to live radio stations, catching up on radio programmes you’ve missed, finding out information about radio programmes such as what music was played or who the guests were, viewing station schedules and discovering new radio programmes that you might not have come across before.

I know that are now no longer available in the For this reason we’ve decided to release an iPlayer Radio version of the app as soon as possible, so Windows Phone 8 users can do key things such as listening live and on demand. This means that some features which are more challenging to build aren’t currently available, such as signing in to your Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ account or listening to catch up programmes forΒ national and local stations. We are working to release these features in the app in the future, and I will keep you posted on our progress.
