Service Design at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ
We needed to understand how people were using the full range of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ tools without already having in mind predetermined sub-tasks, with the aim of learning about totally unknown issues. By looking at examples from companies facing similar problems, a Service Design approach seemed a good choice.

Lean-UX and the big picture: a case study
Over the last six months, I have been working on some internal systems that the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ uses for curating and editing some of its content online. Based on this experience, I have realised that a Lean UX approach for a complex media organisation like the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ can be extremely beneficial.
