This factor refers to the team chemistry: How well you get on with your teammates.

Team dynamics can be of a high level or low level:

  • High levels of team dynamics: When a team gets on well, you will find yourself within a positive environment where there is lots of encouragement and support.
  • Low levels of team dynamics: When a team does not get on well, there could be a lot of friction and criticism which has negative consequences for performance.
