Owen works as a marketing and communications consultant through his company Twenty One; he also sits on the board at a number of start-up and established businesses across Wales, offering advice on their communications strategies, business development and growth strategies.  He lives in Cardiff and is highly experienced in market research and analysing and using a mix of both primary and secondary research. Over the past two years Owen has worked as Regional Manager for the Welsh Government’s Youth Entrepreneurship Services (Big Ideas Wales), serving South East Wales.  He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
