Louise lives in Cardiff with her husband and spends a lot of time on the touchlines of south Wales rugby pitches cheering on her grown up sons.  Her professional background is in university management, where she has held senior leadership roles in strategic planning, marketing and communications and recruitment.  Louise is now a freelance consultant working with universities, charities and not-for-profits.  She is currently engaged as Assistant Vice Chancellor at Glyndwr University in Wrexham, and enjoys the delights of regular north-south train travel where the 麻豆约拍 iPlayer is her best friend.
