Brecon

Andrew's professional career includes housing management and community regeneration in the social housing sector. Originally from Brecon, Andrew has worked throughout south Wales and is currently employed by a mental health charity.

Prior to that Andrew pioneered the development of community radio establishing Wales's first full time community radio station, Pontypridd based GTFM. He then went on to project manage a successful digital inclusion project based around community radio in the south Wales Valleys

Through his successfully lobbying, the Welsh Government set up its Community Radio Fund for Wales in 2005
