I grew up in Glasgow and was a teacher in both Glasgow and the North East of Scotland. I was a head teacher for 25 years in the Grampian region and Moray.

I am an ardent follower of current affairs, politics and social issues on 麻豆约拍 news and programming. I am currently a member of the Adjudicating panel of the General Teaching Council of Scotland. My interests include a variety of outdoor pursuits and gardening.
