Some aspects of the 麻豆约拍 are regulated by outside bodies. On competition policy the 麻豆约拍 is regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), the European Commission, and Ofcom. Ofcom also regulates some other aspects of the 麻豆约拍, for example the 麻豆约拍 is covered by Ofcom's Fairness Code.
