Digital switchover complaints and appeals
The Switchover Help Scheme closed on 30 April 2014. We are no longer accepting complaints about the Scheme, or the assistance or equipment provided under it, and all warranties have now expired.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have. If you have any questions about the Help Scheme or if you believe that there are exceptional circumstances which mean the Â鶹ԼÅÄ should consider a new complaint, please contact Â鶹ԼÅÄ Audience Services.
