Ticketing

We are providing tickets through Skiddle.

You do not need a Skiddle account to book your tickets. You can obtain the tickets as a β€œguest” instead and receive .pdf copies of the tickets as an alternative to downloading the Skiddle app.

Ticketing for the event is on a first-come-first serve basis, we are unable to prioritise any individuals or groups.

Family bookings

The maximum ticket allocation is 2x adults and up to 4x children under the age of 5 years.

If you have a larger group and require more tickets an additional booking must be made with at least 1x adult and 1x child.

When will I receive my e-tickets?

If you are successful in receiving tickets to the event you will receive your e-ticket at least 3 days before the event. The e-tickets will be sent to the email address that you provided during the ticket application. Please be sure to check your junk folder!

I haven’t received my e-tickets.

Tickets are limited which means not all applicants will be successful in receiving tickets.If your ticket application is successful, tickets will be sent to the email address you provided during the ticket application at least 3 days before the event. Please be sure to check your junk folder!

Do I need to bring my tickets to the event?

Yes. No entry is permitted without your e-ticket. Please either print your e-tickets or bring them with you on your phone to the event.

Can I attend another session at the event?

Each ticket is for a specific session ONLY. If on the day you wish to sign up to another session you must book online to see if space is available. Please note that spaces to other sessions are limited.

Can my tickets be transferred to a different date?

If your application for tickets is successful please note that they cannot be transferred to a different date.

I can no longer attend the event. How do I cancel my tickets?

If you find you are no longer able to use your tickets, we'd be very grateful if you would email us at tinyhappypeople@bbc.co.uk to let us know you cannot attend the event, so we can allocate your tickets to someone else on the waiting list.

I don't live in the UK. How can I apply for tickets?

As this service is funded by the licence fee, paid for by UK residents, tickets are only available to residents with a UK postcode.

When can I apply for tickets?

The ticket window for each event will open at least 2 weeks before the event and will close when allocation reaches full capacity.

I wasn’t successful getting a ticket. Can I reapply?

Due to limited tickets per event we cannot guarantee each ticket application will be successful.If you are unsuccessful in receiving tickets you will be added to a waitlist with the potential to be offered tickets for the event you applied for or an alternative date.

If the ticket application form has closed you will not be able to reapply for tickets.

Admittance

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your event time which will be on your e-ticket.

Can I bring my older children to the event?

The event is designed for children under the age of 5 years old ONLY. We kindly ask you not to bring older children to the event as the content is not suitable for children above 5 years old.

Can I invite a friend or family member to the event?

No adult will be admitted into the event without a child, anyone attempting to attend an event alone will not be admitted into the event. A separate adult and child ticket must be applied for.

Please note if you are refused entry no ticket exchange will be given.

Can I leave my child alone at the event?

Children must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times. Under no circumstances can a child be left alone with a ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ or Asda member of staff or at the event at any time.

Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave the event.

I’m going to be late for the event, can I still come?

We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event to allow enough time to process your ticket and let you into the event.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any tickets holders who arrive late. Tickets are limited and we may give your ticket to those who are on a waitlist for the event.

Accessibility information

We want to make your visit to our event as comfortable and inclusive as possible. At all venues we welcome assistance dogs, offer wheelchair access and adapted toilets.

Letting us know about any adjustments we can make

When you apply for tickets for an event you will be asked to let us know about any adjustments we can make to help with accessibility. Please email us at tinyhappypeople@bbc.co.uk

If we can make your visit more comfortable by arranging wheelchair access or by making any other adjustment that will allow you to enjoy the session please let us know when you complete your ticket application.

Photography

Can I take photographs at the event?

You’re more than welcome to take personal photographs at the event, we just kindly ask that you do not take photographs of other members of the public including other children.

Consent for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ photography and Social filming.

On arrival you will be asked whether you wish to sign a consent form giving your consent to be photographed by the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ team or filmed for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Tiny Happy People Social content.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed you will be given a sticker on arrival so that the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ team know and will abide by your wishes.

No professional photography or recording equipment is permitted at the event. For any professional photography requests please email tinyhappypeople@bbc.co.uk

I don’t want to be photographed at the event. Can I still attend?

Yes. Please let a member of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ team know if you or your family don’t want to be photographed and they will make sure everyone is aware.

Will I be able to meet and greet the presenters?

If you have tickets for the event with a presenter there will be limited time at the end of the event to meet and take photographs. Don’t forget to tag us in your social posts .

What items can I bring to the event?

Please feel free to bring anything you might need when attending a family event, including food and drinks for you and your little one.

We just kindly ask that you consume food outside of the community room. Unfortunately we do not have any facilities to warm baby bottles.

We do not have any available space to store trolleys or shopping baskets, we kindly ask you to do your shopping before or after the event.

Can I park at the event?

There is free parking available at all Asda Supermarkets – this is limited to 3 hours only. Please note the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ cannot accept any responsibility for personal vehicles or parking violations.

There are limited designated family and disabled parking bays at the venue.

What facilities are available at the event?

All venues have accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.

We will be providing an area to store prams and buggies, please note that personal items and valuables should stay with you at all times – any items are left at the owner's own risk. The ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ cannot take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

There is no available space to leave shopping trolleys or baskets within the event, we kindly ask you to do your shopping once you have left the event.
