Today the Fawcett Society publishes a report written by a commission looking into women and the criminal justice system.
It finds that women whether victims, offenders or workers receive rough justice from a 'man-made system'.
Jenni speaks to Vera Baird QC, who chaired the commission and to Paul Goggins, the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Office Minister with responsibility for prisons and probations to find out whether, as the report suggests, women are shoe-horned into a male system, from high court judges to perpetrators like shoplifters.
