Ìý The Politics of Abortion Friday 17 January 2003 Ìý
Next week sees the 30th anniversary of the landmark Roe versus Wade decision that gave women across the United States the right to seek an abortion.

With the US Congress under Republican control it looks as if abortion will be a hot political issue in 2003.
Ellie Lee, author of Abortion Law and Politics Today and Professor Jay Kleinburg, head of American Studies at Brunel University join Martha to discuss the politics of abortion on both sides of the Atlantic.
Abortion Law and Politics Today, edited by Ellie Lee, published by Palgrave; ISBN: 033371556X
