Ninety per cent of crime is committed by men and 99 per cent of judges are men. So how do women fare when they get involved with the law either as offenders or victims.

Katherine Rake, Director of the Fawcett Society and former Prisons' Minister Ann Widdecombe join Martha to discuss.
