Ìý Frozen Embryos Thursday 19 September 2002 Ìý
Ovarian cancer has robbed Nathalie Evans of her fertility. Her only hope of becoming a mother rests on the frozen embryos she created before the cancer treatment took place.

But now the man who fertilised her eggs has left her, he no longer wants her to give birth to their child. He is demanding that the embryos be destroyed. So whose embryo is it anyway?
Nathalie Evans joins Jenni to find out why she's taking her fight to save what she sees as "her children" to the High Court.
John Harris, Professor of Bioethics at the University of Manchester and Barbara Hewson, a barrister who's acted in these kind of cases join Jenni to discuss who does have the rights in this case.
