Theresa May has just been appointed as the Conservative Party's first woman chairman.
In the past she's come up with proposals aimed at getting more women elected as Conservative MPs so, now that she's in charge of the party, is she going to put them into practice? And even if she does, will they be enough?
Theresa May joins Jenni to tell her about her plans.
Also joining Jenni to discuss the issue of women short-lists will be TV presenter and would be Conservative MP, Esther McVey, Felicity Elphick, former Conservative candidate and political commentator, Jo-Anne Nadler.
