Business leaders in Northamptonshire have told Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Northampton that too many school leavers are poorly prepared for the world of work. They say too many CV's and job applications have spelling mistakes and bad grammar and that some young people don't know how to present themselves at interview. Reporter James Tzanoudakis hears from Mike Shakespeare, Managing Director of the Corby-based scientific company Southern Group Laboratory, while Stuart talks to Gavin Henson who runs a Northampton-based recruitment business called "The Agency", and to Rachel Kay, the Managing Director and Deputy Principal of Tresham College.
