The Church of England is voting today on female bishops. However there are some parishes who really do not like the idea of being supervised by a woman.

Is it sexist to say that there are certain jobs women and men should not do? Are we living in a truly equal society or is that unrealistic?

Can women really do everything men can? Are you a woman working as a lorry driver, a chief executive, an investment banker or a butcher? What is the reaction from clients and colleagues?

Maybe you are a man in a woman's world. Are you a nurse or a midwife perhaps? Do people judge you for your career choices?

We hear your views and opinions.

Also on the programme, Kent's hopsital trusts have paid out nearly Β£115m in compensation for medical negligence in the last seven years.

The NHS Litigation Authority pay-outs rose from just under Β£10m in March 2004 to over Β£21m in March 2011.

We speak to Maggie, who recalls the struggle her family went through in order to get compensation for her granddaughter after she was left permanently brain damaged when starved of oxygen at birth (10.10).
