What is the hardest thing you have ever had to forgive?

Clare McDonnell sits in with chat, your calls plus Kent news and events as they happen.

Victorian Fabian joins Clare live in the studio just after 10 to share her extraordinary experience.

In March 2010, Victoria's husband planted a grenade under her car in Vigo. It then exploded with Victoria, her eight-year-old son and her unborn child inside.

She survived, as did her son and baby. Her now ex-husband was jailed last year. She says she forgives him for everything apart from putting her son Charlie at risk.

She has been through counselling, remarried and recalls the traumatic experiences of the last two years, She tells Clare how she has managed to rebuild her life and how her it has been hard for her and her family to forgive.

What is the hardest thing you have ever had to forgive? Have you fallen out with a family member? Has your partner cheated on you? Have you tragically lost somebody close to you?

Does forgiveness separate us from the people who carried out these terrible deeds? Or is forgiveness a sign of weakness?

We hear your views and experiences.
