Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio Kent has learnt council tax bills in Gravesham could rise, despite local councils being offered being offered a Government incentive to freeze them.

We speak to John Burden, leader of Gravesham Council, who insists an increase in council tax will raise more money than is being offered by the government, and we get the expert opinion from Tony Travers of the London School of Economics.

Also, we are live at the county's speed camera hotspots following the release of data detailing the number of tickets issued from cameras near you and the impact it has had on accidents in the area.

We hear from Chief Inspector Andy Reeves, the head of Roads Policing for Kent Police and the Chairman of the Kent & Medway Safety Camera Partnership, and Terry Hudson, a spokesman for the Association of British Drivers. We also chat to Steve Horton, the Road Safety Team Leader for Kent County Council Road Safety.

And today sees the launch of My Big Kent Weekend 2012, which offers free tickets to more than a hundred attractions across the county as part of a two day event in March.

Chief Executive of Visit Kent, Sandra Marsh-Matthews joins us live in the studio (07.51) and we talk to Jenny Hurkett, Director of the Blue Town Heritage Centre, one of the attractions taking part in the project (08.52).
