Customers test and score a brush for pets, a storage solution for tin cans and a versatile, mouldable plastic stick that can be shaped into various kinds of tool.

Lucy Alexander is joined by three inventors to watch footage of customers as they unbox, test, review and score their precious products. In this episode, we meet Ghazwan, Steve and Forrest, all hoping to get the highest scores from the customers to be crowned the winner.

Syrian-born Ghazwan’s invention was inspired by his mother-in-law's shaggy dog. Finding traditional lint rollers failed to deal with excessive pet hair, he spied a gap in the market for an improved brush version that not only cleaned up lint and pet hair but also incorporates a self cleaning holder that collects the fluff. Retired engineer Steve came up with a straightforward storage solution which allows you to place tin cans on specially designed runners. Entrepreneur Forrest and business partner Chris have come up with an eco-friendly, hand-mouldable plastic stick that can be softened and shaped to mend an infinite number of DIY tasks. Fully reusable, the sticks can be repeatedly heated, cooled and moulded to mend everything from frayed phone cables to broken glasses.

Once all three inventors have watched the customer reviews and given their own thoughts on the feedback, Lucy reveals who has won the coveted The Customer Is Always Right winner’s trophy.
