Kate and Jason get some top advice from two performance psychologists to make sure they stick to their New Year resolutions.

The beginning of the year marks the time when millions of us to make a resolution to change elements of our lives. From healthier diets to drinking less, many of these plans will be shredded in days or weeks. Pete Lindsay and Mark Bawden are ‘change experts’ and they will share their experience as performance psychologists coaching elite athletes and football teams to help Good Morning Sunday listeners stick to their plans. Their book, 'Pig Wrestling' has many more tips and tricks to help people make significant changes in their lives.

Sunday 6th January is Epiphany, or Three Kings' Day and it marks the official end to the festive season for many Christians.

But for Orthodox Christians, who follow the older Julian calendar, this Sunday is their Christmas Eve. His Eminence Archbishop Angaelos, Coptic Orthodox Archbishop of London joins Kate and Jason to talk about the customs and traditions that millions will observe over the next few days.

And our 'Charity Champion' Mark Calder tells Kate and Jason why he is running 'ultra marathons' along some of Scotland's ancient pilgrimage routes for a good cause.
