with the Rev Kate Bottley and Radzi Chinyanganya

The Rev Kate Bottley and Radzi Chinyanganya have great guests and music as they prepare for 2019.

The Christmas Day celebrations may be over but as the Rev Kate Bottley explains, there's still a week of Christmas to go. While many are looking ahead to the New Year's celebrations Kate and Radzi reflect on 2018 and ask what people want to achieve in 2019.

They are joined in the studio by Dr Tamal Ray, runner up in the 2015 series of the Great British Bake Off. As well as a baking enthusiast he's also an NHS doctor and has recently presented a programme on Channel 4, Living Well For Longer. Tamal will talk about his Hindu faith and share his tips for happy and healthy year, including enjoying the odd piece of cake.

And Ken Burton, choir director and composer, will be talking about his love of gospel, classical and choral music and how he combines genres with his choir AVE. Although he's regularly been on Songs of Praise over the last twenty year, he'll be conducting at the Big Sing for the first time, which will be shown on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ One at 13:50.
