We'll also be discussing how you get the best out of your workout and exploring the pros and cons of sport nutrition supplements
We caught up with our Personal Best Volunteer Fiona White when Producer Suzy Beaumont went snooping in her kitchen cupboards earlier in the week to find out what Fiona's weak spots are. Scott will be advising Fiona on how to beat those bad habits and achieve her goal to get fitter & healthier.
