Laurie Redfern, Scotland's longest serving boxing coach, talks about the perception people have of boxing, the stigma attached to it and how it's not about punching people - it's an all-round workout. He also describes how much children get out of it, not just from a fitness point of view but also discipline, self-control and confidence.
