Coke Workers Compensation
Lawyers for more than 350 former National Coal Board coke workers and their families will get to their feet in London's High Court next Tuesday.
They'll be pressing the judge to agree to an important milestone in the men's fight for compensation for illnesses they believe were caused by their working conditions.
As the coke workers prepare for their day in court, Kayley Thomas hears from some of the 200 claimants from south Wales at the heart of what's set to be the last in a long series of coal industry compensation cases.
