All-Through Schools
In the last month five new "all-through schools" have been approved by Welsh councils - doubling the numbers.Β Still more are in the pipeline.
Education plannersΒ argue that bringing together children from the ages of 3 through to 16 or 18 helps improve pupils' performance by smoothing their path through school.
But many parents and teachers are yet to be convinced that uniting primary and secondary education in a single body will benefit their children.
Presented by Kayley Thomas.
