Royal Ascot on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport: extensive live coverage

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Sport will provide extensive coverage of this year's Royal Ascot – the world's most famous flat race meeting, where the pinnacles of sport and fashion coincide.

And for the first time this year dedicated followers of fashion will get a chance to showcase their outfits on a specially designed catwalk in the new Fashion Corner on the plaza lawns.

Exclusive, live action from the five day festival will commence on Tuesday 17 June at 1.45pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One.

Lead presenter Clare Balding will be joined by former five times British champion jockey, Willie Carson.

Commentary on the runners and riders will be delivered by Jim McGrath, with expert analysis from Ian Bartlett, Ray Cochrane and former champion jockey, Kevin Darley.

Roving reporter Rishi Persad will provide reports from around the course and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's betting expert Angus Loughran will be on hand to give hints and tips on the market.

Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ presenter Julia Bradbury and style writer James Sherwood will be on hand to assess each day's fashions – with looking good being as important as picking the winner for many Ascot race goers.

Throughout the week they will be joined by a series of special guests including former model Lisa Snowden and Strictly Come Dancing star, Anton Du Beke, who will be talking about what's hot and what's not at this year'sΜύraces.

Television coverage will begin at 1.45pm on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ One from Tuesday 17 June to Friday 20 June, transferring to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Two at 3.20pm each day.
