Football fans will be able to follow Euro 2008 wherever they are in the UK, on whatever device they have to hand, with the most comprehensive coverage yet across the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's television, radio and interactive services.

"We felt it was important to be out there even though none of the home nations are taking part," says Phil Bigwood, executive producer of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's TV coverage of the tournament. "That way we can better reflect the atmosphere and excitement of the event as well as get a taste of the culture of both Austria and Switzerland.

There are plenty of big names taking part – many of them familiar Premier League players – and because it's a much more concentrated event than the World Cup, the quality of the football tends to be higher.
