FA Diary: Friday 7 March, 2003
Well, it has started!!!!!
On Friday at 5.20, Holly and I officially kicked
off Fame Academy live on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ1 with Mr David Sneddon!
It was a great first day with all the students
arriving for the first time.
OK, goss, in real life Jo is a real nice mumsy
character, Paul is a laugh, Fearne is lovely (obviously!) and Ulrika
is pretty quiet and likes salad!
After the celeb students arrived and had a little
lunch with Head Teacher Richard Park, they got rehearsals under
way to go live on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ1.
The opening night was great (you may have seen
me in my nice red RND03 t-shirt!) Well, I say GREAT - Ruby injured
herself in rehearsals and needed physio, Kwarme and Jo were late,
and of course, poor old Paul Ross left the Fame Academy!
I chatted to Paul on Friday night, minutes after
he was expelled, and he seemed OK, promising me he would be watching
CΒι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ from now on! Late to bed!
FA Diary: Saturday 8 March, 2003
After a late finish with the opening show, we
were live on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ1 as part of the Saturday show with Fearne at 10am!
Ms Cotton liked seeing our studio, but was a little
disappointed with her opening number, and being on probation! She
was also massively missing her cats!!
We also had Olympic Boxing Champion Audley Harrison
in the studio.
He secretly told us after his Boxercise class that
the students must work on their fitness, although Will is a pretty
fit guy already - and he thinks Kwarme is great!
Other than that, because of the long hours, I have
been sleeping pretty much when I can - unlike the celebrity students
who ALL find the beds in the Academy really, really uncomfy!
So, another showdown tonight, and of course I will
be sniffing around with my ears and eyes peeled getting you the
goss.
