Plant-based milk recipes
Plant-based milks are dairy-free milks, such as oat, soya, almond, cashew nut, pea, rice, coconut and hemp milk. They're suitable for vegans and anyone lactose intolerant. The flavour and consistency of the milk varies depending on the variety. You can find fortified plant milks, which have vitamins and minerals added to give them a similar nutritional value as cow's milk.
